By making a purchase through this website, you are consenting to the terms outlined below. These terms are presented to ensure that both parties acknowledge and consent to this agreement, thereby mutually safeguarding and establishing expectations regarding our services.
Shipping Lead Times:
Please expect an estimated 5 business days for processing orders and allow for additional time for orders placed on weekends and major holidays. The Atrius Team is currently just a ragtag group of guys who all still have regular day jobs on top of trying to serve the gun community with this amazing product.
Carrier Issues:
It's not uncommon for packages to get lost, delayed by seasonal weather, damaged, or even stolen. These events are out of the Atrius Team’s control but should your order become affected in any of these circumstances, please contact our Customer Service Team for support.
Undeliverable/Rejected Packages:
In the event a package is undeliverage and returned to Atrius Triggers due to delivery issues, we will make an effort to contact you. Upon confirmation of an undeliverable order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Please note that rejecting receipt of a package without prior approval or acknowledgement from Atrius Triggers is deemed as returning the package. Such actions may result in a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any incurred fees and shipping charges will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refunded amount.
Tracking Number Issues:
If your package’s tracking number does not show any movement after 2-3 business days please notify us immediately and allow Atrius Trigger 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier.
If the package has not been delivered within this time frame, it will be considered lost/missing/stolen and a claim will need ot be made with the carrier.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped out. If the order has been shipped out you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Atrius Return Policy
Return Instructions:
Prior to shipping anything back to us please make sure to submit a ticket with us first in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) confirmation. Once your RMA has been processed, we will provide a return shipping label for the refund or exchange of the product including the shipping charges non-expedited shipping methods originally selected. Be sure to return items to us in proper packaging with enough padding. Include the provided RMA slip inside your return package and expect up to two billing cycles for any refund to appear back on your banking or credit card statement.
Defective Items:
If your purchase was made with a third party and have a defective item Atrius Triggers will only offer an exchange option and not any refunds. Otherwise please follow the instructions above to receive an RMA approval.
Warranty Period:
All Atrius Triggers have a one year warranty period beginning from the date your package is listed by the carrier as delivered. Arrangements for returns or defective items must be made within this period in order to be serviced by Atrius Triggers.
